We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 3:00pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day as the order is received. During peak and promotional times, please allow an additional two business days for dispatch.
All Australia Post delivery parcels will be “Authority to Leave”. Please check the Australia Post website for the most up to date information for your area.
Although Australia Post services are fast, on occasion carriers experience delays which are beyond our control. Accordingly we do not accept any liability and you agree to release us from all liability arising out of any delay in shipping and delivering an order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with all of your Australia Post tracking details. Please note it may take up to twenty four hours for the tracking details to be activated once your order has been processed. If in the event that you believe your order has been delayed or you have not received your tracking details within forty eight hours of placing your order please contact us at gaylesboutique@gmail.com so we are able to follow up with Australia Post on your behalf.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Should there be an error with your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at gaylesboutique@gmail.com or SMS to 0474-997-644 and we will make our best efforts to change the address.
INCOMPLETE ORDER
Orders are subject to availability however there may be instances, such as promotions and sales, when items ordered online have been sold out or are unavailable on the same day as placing the order. Should this happen we will attempt to source the missing item from our suppliers. In the event that the item cannot be sourced or is sold out we will advise you and a refund will be processed on your behalf. The remainder of your order will be processed and dispatched.
